At LF Station, we prioritize providing top-quality digital services and aim for complete customer satisfaction. Please review our Return and Cancellation Policy to understand the procedures regarding digital services provided through Lightfunnels Ltd.
Due to the nature of digital services, once a service has been accessed, delivered, or utilized, we are generally unable to offer refunds. However, if you encounter issues or are unsatisfied with your service experience, we encourage you to reach out, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Technical Issues: If technical difficulties prevent access to the service or significantly affect its quality, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
Service Not Delivered as Described: If the digital service provided does not match the description on our site, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund upon review.
Please note that any refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and certain conditions may apply.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
For recurring digital subscriptions, cancellations are available at any time. Cancelling a subscription stops further billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges.
Account Dashboard: Log in to your LF Station account and navigate to the subscription settings to cancel.

Once canceled, your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your access will be terminated.
If you wish to modify or downgrade your service plan, you can adjust your subscription through your account dashboard. Note that downgrades may only apply at the beginning of a new billing cycle, and partial refunds are not provided for downgrades mid-cycle.
The following digital services are generally non-refundable:
Completed Consultations: Once a consultation session is held, it cannot be refunded.
Downloaded or Accessed Content: Any digital content that has been downloaded or accessed is non-refundable due to its consumable nature.
